Distilled in small batches in the Distillery at the Travellers Rest Hotel, this blended fruit gin brings together two favourite flavours - the base of juniper topped with a sweet overlay of fresh strawberries. It is crafted with balance, clarity and character in mind. Designed to be enjoyed neat, over ice, or a perfect central ingredient of a pimmlet (60ml of strawberry gin, 30ml of lime juice, 30ml simple syrup & a healthy drop of bitters. Serve very chilled!)
