Warrington Dry Gin

Distilled in small batches at the Travellers Rest Hotel Distillery, our Warrington Dry Gin is a distinctly Australian take on a classic dry gin.

Earthy and aromatic, it combines juniper with locally grown kunzea, saltbush and lemon myrtle, creating a layered botanical character that is both familiar and intriguingly different. The gin is finished with locally grown brown boronia absolute, adding a delicate floral note and a distinctive depth.

The result is a dry, complex gin with earthy, herbal and subtle floral overtones — crafted for those looking for something a little different.
